We will have our Christmas Program, “The Gladdest Noel” on Sunday, December 10 during the 11:00 am worship service with an encore performance on December 13 at 7:00 pm. There will be no Kidz Church.
IVY SPRING BAPTIST CHURCH
Pastor Phillip Cook would like to invite everyone to a Christmas Play on Sunday, December 10 @ 1:00 pm and a Revival beginning on Monday, December 11 through Wednesday, December 13 @ 7:00 pm nightly with Rev. Shearrel Dunn.
The Deacons will meet on Sunday, December 10 at 3:30 pm.
We will have a Christmas dinner on Sunday, December 10 at 5:00 pm. Please bring your favorite dish. The church will be providing the ham and drinks.
The XYZ’s will have a catered Christmas luncheon on Monday, December 11 at 12:00 pm.
The Women’s Mission Circle will meet at the home of Amanda Buskill on Monday, December 11 @ 5:30 pm. Hostess will be Amanda Buskill.
JOY KIDS CLUB
Instead of having class in the Family Life Center on Wednesday, December 13 the JOY Kids will meet in the Sanctuary for a Christmas Program, “The Gladdest Noel”.
Make plans now to be a part of the Live Nativity, December 15-17 from 6:00-8:30 pm nightly. The Live Nativity Committee is requesting your assistance in bringing the following items for the kitchen:
Pizza Rolls, Mini Corn Dogs, Chips, Dip, Nuts, Veggie Trays, Sandwiches, Soups and Desserts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The Youth will have a Christmas Party/Lock-In on Friday, December 15 from 9:00 pm-9:00 am. If anyone would like to donate food or drinks please contact Pastor Keith.
We will share in the Lord’s Table on Sunday, December 17. Each quarter on Communion Sunday we will also collect a special offering for local benevolence needs.
WALK TO THE MANGER
The annual “Walk to the Manger” for the IMB Lottie Moon Christmas offering will be on Sunday, December 17. Our goal this year is $3,000.

The Music Committee will meet on Sunday, December 17 @ 4:30 pm.
This year we have 5 families and 14 children’s names for our Angel Tree. Please select an ornament from the Angel Tree and attach it to your wrapped gift which is due by December 17. If you have any questions please contact Amanda Buskill.
Our church is responsible for providing workers to help at the Food Pantry on Tuesday, December 19 and Friday, December 22 beginning at 9:30 am each morning.
The Youth will meet at the FLC @ 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 20 to go Christmas caroling.
